Twenty-Fourth Sunday in Ordinary Time

Don’t miss our Oktober Choral Fest NEXT WEEK!
It will feature 6 choirs specializing in German music -- including one from Japan. Food will be served in the Social Hall after the 10:30 German Mass until 2:30 and again after the performance finishes at 4:30. This festival was a real riot last year, so you don't want to miss it. You can hear two selections from last year's festival on our Listen page.

We have a free Spinet Practice Piano to be given away. It is in the corner of the Social Hall. Call the Bulletin Editor, Patrick Degens (586) 463-6178.

St. Joseph's Giant Rummage Sale will be Saturday, October 13.
Donors can bring items on the previous Saturday and Sunday, October 6th & 7th or Sunday, September 30m after the Masses. Please price your items. We cannot accept clothing. Presales for cluster parishioners will take place on Sunday, October 7th. And we’ll need volunteers.

A Halloween Party for Children
Sunday, October 28th at 1:00 pm in the Social Hall at St. Joseph Church. Adults $5.00. Children are free and must be accompanied by an adult. Lunch menu of hot dogs, sloppy joes, chips, vegetables and dip, fresh fruit, cider and doughnuts. Games, crafts, storytelling and a costume contest. There will be pumpkin decorating, face painting, a sing-a-long and each child will receive a framed photo, a treat bag and prizes. The party will run to approximately 3:30 pm. Tickets are available after Masses, or through the parish office. Space is limited. Get your tickets today! Last year was a sell-out. Sponsored by the Knights of Columbus Bishop Plagens Council #13318 that serves the three parishes of our cluster. Don’t miss it!
